OUR STORY
Why this exists, and how it actually works
Not a generic fitness app. Built for one specific problem: runners who keep skipping strength training.
WHY THIS EXISTS
I run, swim, and lift, and strength training was always the first thing to get cut when a week got busy. Every plan I tried assumed a full gym and a fixed schedule, then fell apart the moment I skipped a session or didn't have the right equipment in front of me. So I built the tool I actually needed: one that looks at what I really did this week, works with whatever I have access to, and doesn't punish me for missing a day.

HOW IT WORKS
Things a fixed plan can't do
01
Reads your training load
Pulls your last week of runs, rides, walks, and swims from Strava and every strength session you've actually completed, then lets that load fade over time as you recover. Hit legs hard Tuesday? It steers clear until you're ready again.
02
Matches your equipment
Every exercise comes from what you told us you have: home, gym, or bodyweight only. Never a barbell move on a day you checked "no equipment."
03
Learns what you skip
Hate an exercise or skip it a couple times and it stops showing up. There's no fixed program to fight. The plan changes, not your willpower.
THE SCIENCE
"AI-powered" is easy to say. Here's what we actually calculate.
Three named training-science principles decide what's cut from today's plan, not generic "AI smarts."
ACUTE:CHRONIC WORKLOAD RATIO (ACWR)
Never piles onto a body part that's already cooked
We compare your last 7 days of training, per sport, against your own rolling 28-day average. When a sport's load spikes above your normal, that body part gets a break, a real sports-science method for monitoring injury risk from researcher Tim Gabbett's work. We use the underlying idea, not his exact published thresholds.
PRINCIPLE OF INDIVIDUALIZATION
Calibrated to you, not a stranger's average
What counts as "too much" is different for everyone. We only ever compare you against your own recent training, never a generic population number, one of the foundational principles of exercise science.
PRINCIPLE OF SPECIFICITY
Legs rest from legs, not from your yoga class
Running hammers legs and calves. Swimming hammers shoulders and back far more than legs. We map every sport to the muscle groups it actually loads, not one blurry fatigue number.
The part worth trusting most: all of this runs in our own code. Your Strava data is never shown to the AI that writes your plan, in any form, raw or summarized, it only ever narrows which exercises are offered that day. The model doing the writing has no idea your Strava data exists at all.
This isn't a medical measurement. It's a smart, evidence-informed estimate, and your own body is always the better judge.
TRUST & DATA
Nothing here is hidden
Strava access is read-only, we never post anything back to your account. Your data is never sold, never shared with other users, and never used to train any AI model. Your raw activity data isn't even stored, it's read fresh from Strava each time it's needed and never saved to a database. The exercises themselves come from a structured, categorized strength-training database too, not invented on the fly, which is also what lets us reliably track what you've actually grown to like, skip, or hate over time. You can disconnect Strava or permanently delete your entire account at any time from Settings.
